OUR HERD
We are proud of our herd of suckler cows. We rear them to produce the best possible beef in the most sustainable way. Our cows and calves graze the fields around Betchworth. They are fed purely on the grass that grows here.
Our cows mature slowly and naturally as they graze our pastures. As well as being better for the environment, it means our beef could not be more local, better reared or more delicious.
OUR BEEF
This is the second beef sale we have held at Betchworth Estate and we hope there will be many more to come! We are thrilled to be giving people in and around Betchworth the chance to eat wonderful, tasty beef, produced as close to home as it is possible to achieve. Unlike beef that you buy in supermarkets, it has been dry-aged for three weeks ensuring the maximum flavour and tenderness.
ORDER AND COLLECTION
Please call or email in advance to reserve your order. We are selling boxes of mixed cuts. The beef is fresh so can be readily frozen. Boxes will be ready for collection and payment solely on Friday 24th November from Betchworth Village Shop.
