The Betchworth Estate is situated on the banks of the River Mole in the beautiful Mole Valley district of Surrey.  The Estate consists of some 1,100 acres (445 hectares) of farmland, about 150 acres (60 hectares) of woodland and a number of residential, commercial and agricultural properties, which are available to rent.

Betchworth Estate is still in the ownership of descendants of the family who purchased it in 1816.  The current three generations of the Hamilton family, who live on the Estate, are committed to ensuring its preservation and contribution to the continuing development of the Betchworth village community.

The village of Betchworth lies equidistant (about 4 miles) between the towns of Dorking to the west and Reigate to the east.  It is approximately 20 miles south of London and is within easy reach of the City of London, Gatwick airport and the south coast.
