We are hiring!

The Betchworth Estate is looking to recruit an Assistant for Betchworth Village Shop and Café.

Betchworth is a lovely village located at the foot of the North Downs between the towns of Dorking and Reigate. The Post Office, shop and café provide a vital service to this rural area.

The successful applicant will be front of house in the café and shop, delivering an excellent customer experience. A passion for good local produce, tea and coffee, and delicious cake is essential to ensure that the Betchworth Village shop and café is a vibrant social centre for the village and its surrounding areas.

A positive can-do approach and strong team spirit, with excellent communication skills are essential to assist our customers. Full training will be provided, although previous barista experience would be beneficial.

This role is hands on and requires Saturday working. A minimum of 18 hours per week will be offered, with more hours available to meet the festive season demand. The role has an immediate start date.
